Born following persistent requests from Clients for an alternative solution to the standard main contractor route Teign Construction Solutions was formed to provide a bespoke and taylor made Construction Management solution. Utilising our many years of construction knowledge we only undertake a few select schemes at any time allowing us to prioritise deliverability and Client relationships above all else.
We excel in value engineering, turning around problem sites and delivering a fantastic product. It speaks for itself that all of our work comes through recommendations and repeat business with valued clients who trust and enjoy working with our team.
Recent projects have ranged from the delivery of new build housing sites to the refurbishment of grade II listed buildings and assisting with the step in and recovery of stalled sites.
